Week six was a short one for me. I only came into the office one day this week. Nevertheless, it was time to begin another big project. I was assigned another radio promotion advertisement, this time for 102.5 WBOC FM. Like before, I was tasked with making a 30-second, 20-second, 15-second and two 10-second promos. However, I had to do two versions of the 30, 20 and 15-second promos. This time around, I was more familiar with the process of making these promos. Like before, I selected a template from Envato Elements. Once I chose the template, I downloaded it and placed it into After Effects. Next, I downloaded music video files to use for the commercial. I clipped the videos to get certain time stamps to use and then put them into the template in After Effects. Once the videos were lined up with the template, I moved over to Premiere Pro to add voice tags, the 102.5 WBOC FM logo and different text elements and visual effects. I was able to complete both a 30-second and 20-second in one day, which I felt really proud about. It was a short but busy week in the office.
